IQ 1955

I have always been intrigued by the (im)possibility of evincing minds. It is kind of magical to try and capture a stream of consciousness, some part of an emotion or maybe a fleeting thought – be it in paint or graph, in word or number.

So it was nice to chance upon a classic psychologists tool in a garage sale selling an original 1955 first edition of the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS). A fine specimen of, probably, the most famous psychological test ever!
